Chief Executive Officer: R. Todd Bennett

R. Todd Bennett was the catalyst for the formation of Texas Land & Air and is the highest ranking executive officer within TXLA. Todd’s responsibility is for over-all management of TXLA’s day-to-day affairs with critical focus on safety, security, customer service, strategic growth initiatives and organizational strategy. He serves under the supervision of the Chairman. Prior to the formation of Texas Land & Air, Todd was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting where he was a transportation industry strategy consultant. Prior to joining Mercer, Mr. Bennett founded Transportation Finance & Administration Company, which served the middle market of freight transportation providers. Todd has over 15 years of experience in the freight transportation industry first as a certified public accountant, then at BNSF Railway as a Director in their finance department and also at Accenture, a large international professional services firm. Todd has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He lives in Ft. Worth. Todd is active in outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling and golf. He is a member of the Christ Chapel Bible Church in Ft. Worth.
